Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.


1. General Cancellation Terms

This policy applies to:

  • Tuk tuk rentals

  • Guided tours

  • Driving permit assistance

  • Any service booked through our website, email, WhatsApp, or social media

All cancellations must be made by contacting us directly.


2. Free Cancellation Period

You can cancel your reservation for free up to:

✔ 7 days before your pickup or tour date

A full refund will be issued.


3. Cancellations Within 7 Days

If you cancel:

✔ 7 to 3 days before the pickup date

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

✔ 72 hours to 24 hours before pickup

A 75% cancellation fee will be charged.


4. Last-Minute Cancellations

✔ 24 hours before pickup or “No-Show”

No refund will be issued.

This includes:

  • Not being present at the meeting point

  • Not answering calls/messages

  • Failure to provide required documents (licence, passport, etc.)


5. Date Changes & Amendments

You may request:

  • A change of pickup date

  • A change of drop-off date

  • A change of rental duration

Free rebooking is available if the new date is not fully booked.
If prices differ, the rate of the new date will apply.


6. Driving Permit Cancellation

Government fees paid for driving permits cannot be refunded once the application has been submitted.


7. Early Returns

If you return the tuk tuk earlier than the agreed date:

  • No partial refund will be issued for unused days, as the vehicle is reserved for your full rental period.


8. Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:

  • Incorrect or fraudulent details were provided

  • Required documents cannot be verified

  • Unsafe weather or emergency conditions occur

  • The vehicle becomes unavailable due to sudden mechanical issues

In such cases, customers will receive:

  • Full refund, or

  • Free rescheduling, if possible


9. Refund Method

Refunds will be sent to the:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Bank account (for local transfers)

Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
